The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a department and/or management. This position requires effective communication skills and confidentiality. Ensure a smooth and expedited execution of all administrative details.
- Supports the department/management to accomplish business goals by providing administrative support. Including document creation and ad hoc reporting requests.
Coordinating appointments, meetings, lunches and travel arrangements as needed for management and suppliers. Answer incoming phone traffic and office voicemail. Processes daily mail by coordinating ingoing/outgoing and drop off/pick up of time sensitive materials.
Maintains office supplies including copy and fax equipment, FedEx and miscellaneous office equipment by ordering and tracking as needed.
Securing meeting rooms, handle all meeting needs, manage video conferencing, create agendas, take meetings notes and prepare recaps.
Contributes to team effort by assisting in special projects as needed and providing administrative assistance to other functional areas.
Perform other administrative duties not assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
Minimum of three years prior experience in an administrative position with similar responsibilities
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer systems (SAP, Workday)
Excellent typing and/or word processing skills and transcribing are required.
